Primarily most of our products for sale have a return policy within 30 days of shipment of receipt.  We recently are verified with Amazon Marketplace and Tiktokshop as partners which we abide by thier policies if you made a purchase with us off their platform.  If you made a purchase with Motor City Carz through Amazon or Tiktok & would like to discuss your return process, please visit Return Center for their return policies.

Thank you for sharing interest in us.  We at Motor City Carz respects your privacy & the information you entrusted to us.  We are committed to protecting your privacy.  This privacy policy entails our collection, use & disclosing any information we may collect in any communication with Motor City Carz facilitating your transaction.  MOTOR CITY CARZ WILL NOT SELL, RENT YOUR INFORMATION OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.   We may collect you personal information such as full legal name,  postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, etc. to facilitate transactions and build customer relationships.  When you purchase from us we will maintain your information for our records unless you request we delete this information. When purchasing a vehicle we will need to register the vehicle to your name and address.  If you make a online product purchase you will need to input your name, credit card info, address to deliver product which alerts us through text and email which also provides us your email.  We have secured encrypted website with Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure(https).   By accessing our website, dealership telephones, dealer physical location, our 3rd party platform profiles, dealership email, etc., you acknowledge and accept our privacy policies  and freely consent to the information we may collect to conduct completing transactions properly.  If you accept cookies we primarily utilize your info to conduct transactions you made & we will notify you by email when we have future sales and promotions as well.   Please note our privacy policies will be updated periodically implementing up to date latest laws.

California Privacy Rights

California residents under California's "Shine the Light" law that provided us with personal information when obtaining our services or products whether for household usage or family use are entitled in obtaining by requesting once a year any information about the customer we've shared, if any, with other businesses for their own marketing usage.  If you reside in California and have requested to obtain your information from us in 2019 calendar year, we will than provide you with your information, if any was shared for the prior year which would be 2018. If information is available, it'll include names and addresses of the businesses in which we shared information to & we will release the prior calendar year to you.
